The RULER Approach is looking forward to collaborating with former Level I TTT participants as they continue their training on the Feeling Words Curriculum!
Course Overview
The focus of the Feeling Words Curriculum, which builds on the Anchors Training, (pre-requisite to this training), is to help children develop their RULER skills through building a sophisticated feeling word vocabulary.
Seminar Dates
May 30th, 31st and June 1st
The Feeling Words Curriculum helps students to:
- Improve their critical thinking, creativity, communication and writing skills
- Enhance and hone their emotional literacy skills
- Manage stress and make healthy decisions
- Develop empathy and advanced perspective-taking abilities
- Build mutually supportive relationships and manage conflict in pro-social ways
- Engage with and succeed in their schoolwork

Cost
