District 75 is the special education district of New York City. Serving over 23,000 students, District 75 is located at more than 350 locations throughout Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and Syosset, New York.

Within the next three years, all of The RULER Approach programs will be implemented across the sites, reaching approximately 23,000 students, and over 3,000 teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators.
